The Harlequin Transfuel 430TFD is the first ADR tank of its kind. By intelligently combining a robust fully bunded MDPE portable storage container with a reliable 12v DC operated transfer pump system it has resulted in a light weight, cost effective, mobile refuelling solution.

Featuring a storage capacity of 430 litres, the fully bunded mobile diesel tank enables operators to safely and legally transport and dispense fuel both on-site and on the public highways.

Capable of refuelling at delivery speeds of up to 50 litre/min, the 12v fuel pump is fitted with a 4m heavy duty cable which terminates in self closing crocodile clamps making it both quick and easy to connect the system to the vehicles battery/power supply.

Under current CDG (carriage of dangerous goods) regulations, operators can transport up to 1000L of diesel fuel or gas oil on the public highway without the need for ADR training or vehicle modifications providing a 2kg fire extinguisher is fitted to the vehicle.

Conveniently the system is fully bunded enabling you to dispense your fuel from a static location without the need to introduce secondary spill containment. Also available at a reduced flow rate of 30 litre/min but operated with a twin voltage 12/24v motor.

Designed for long life and a heavy workload, the dispensing system is stored safely away under the robust lockable lid when not in use. the Transfuel also features four lifting eyes and forklift slots to enable quick and easy transportation between vehicles and depot.
